Ministerial and regional plans should be approved

13. Ministerial and regional plans should be approved:

910 Funds allocated by the Government of Nepal and plans operated with foreign aid should be approved by the commission. 920 Other provisions related to the formulation and approval of the plan as per sub-section 910 shall be as prescribed.
